   • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercialize ShopShot's core technology, algorithms, or platform code.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using ShopShot:

• Uploading or generating videos containing illegal, harmful, defamatory, pornographic, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests
• Using the service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent commercial videos
• Unauthorized access, copying, modification, or distribution of ShopShot's proprietary technology, algorithms, or code
• Interfering with or disrupting the security, performance, or normal operation of the service
• Using the service for any illegal, unauthorized, or platform policy-violating purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features, usage limitations, or billing systems of the service
• Bulk account registration, service abuse, or any form of automated attacks

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopShot, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service or violation of these Terms
• Your uploaded content infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other legitimate rights and interests
• Your generated video content violating laws, regulations, or platform policies
• Your improper use or abuse of the service

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShopShot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
